Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Quotes Specialist to support the sales team by processing incoming quote requests and ensuring all information is complete for timely, accurate quotes.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams—sales, estimators, production—to gather pricing, lead times, and other data, maintain records in the quoting system, and assist with new product launches.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in customer service.
Manufacturing or quoting experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Process incoming quote requests promptly and accurately, collecting all information needed.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve missing/incorrect information.
Gather pricing, lead times, and details from sales, estimators, and production to prepare quotes.
Support new product launches including part number creation, tooling POs, PPAP and special POs.
Maintain records of all quote requests, updates, and communications in the quoting system.
Perform mass price updates and maintain customer scorecards.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
