Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Quote Coordinator to support the sales team by processing requests, ensuring all required information is captured, and serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries to deliver accurate quotes.

The role requires collaboration with customers and internal teams, proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, and meticulous data handling in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid scheduling options are available to balance workload and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience required; manufacturing/quoting experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and quoting software is expected.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming quote requests promptly and accurately, obtaining all necessary information.
• Resolve issues with missing or incorrect information with customers or internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, estimators, production and other teams to gather pricing and lead times.
• Support new product launches including part number creation and invoicing tooling POs, and entering PPAP and special POs.
• Maintain accurate records of all quote requests and communications in the quoting system.
• Conduct mass price updates and maintain customer scorecards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
