Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Service Project Manager in Enfield, CT. This contract-to-hire role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering customer service projects, including system enhancements and acquisition-related initiatives, to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

You will liaison between Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, manage plans, track risks, and support UAT while ensuring projects stay on time and within scope in a fast-paced

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience supporting operational, systems, customer service, or contact center initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute customer service projects across the organization.
