Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 4+ years manufacturing supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, source, and purchase materials for manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, lead times, service levels, and terms.
• Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring procurement processes.
• Process requisitions and provide status updates on open orders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expedite material requirements and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Identify and qualify alternative suppliers when necessary.
• Coordinate transportation and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of materials.
• Analyze supplier capabilities, market conditions, total cost, quality performance, and supply risk.
• Resolve supplier quality, delivery, and performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with inventory, stockroom, quality, and operations teams.
• Investigate and elevate material discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier performance and procurement processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate across departments to support business objectives.
