Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service support, preferably in compressor maintenance or industrial service.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of service work, suppliers, and products.
• Experience entering and managing orders for parts/components in an ERP system (Acumatica preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and oral communication; outgoing and assertive.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign technicians to service jobs and site visits, ensuring they have the necessary materials and information.
• Enter orders for replacement parts and components in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to stage materials for upcoming jobs and process returns.
• Handle appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and customer updates on ongoing services.
