AlphaGraphics - US763 is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Santa Monica to establish and maintain positive customer relationships. You will serve as the internal representative, conveying our product knowledge and capabilities to customers.

You will educate customers, relay requirements to the support team, and handle orders and billing, while attracting new customers through informed queries and cross-sell. We value collaboration, dependability, and a team-driven mindset.
