The successful candidate will handle high-volume inbound calls, schedule HVAC/plumbing/electrical appointments, and strive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication and writing skills, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have successful work experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Minimum 30 wpm typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service.
• Ensure a companywide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
• Randomly check with customers to ensure satisfaction with performance.
• Work with dispatch to improve scheduling accuracy and speed of response.
• Assist service and installation departments to achieve objectives.
• Pursue ongoing education in customer relations.
• Abide by all company procedures and policies.
• Represent customers' best interests in dealings with coworkers and the company.
