The role requires at least two years of administrative experience, strong communication, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Typing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns or complaints.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Work closely with other departments to support customer needs.
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
