Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Residential HVAC Service or Installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• State Registration.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Team player, organized, reliable and self-motivated.
• Willing to attend service-training classes to upgrade skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and installations as instructed and complete all paperwork neatly and timely.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Educate customers and ensure total satisfaction with our service.
• Adhere to company dress code and safety standards.
