Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; 30 wpm typing speed.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility is to help customers schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service.
• Ensure a companywide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
• Randomly check with customers to be certain they are satisfied with our performance.
• Work with dispatch to improve scheduling accuracy and speed of response.
• Be available to assist the service and installation departments to achieve objectives.
• Commit to ongoing education in customer relations.
• Abide by all company procedures and policies.
• Serve as a diplomat representing customers’ best interests.
