Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR II) in Columbus, OH. This role handles customer inquiries by phone, fax, or email, verifies orders, and ensures accurate data entry and timely responses.

Weekly pay and an incentive program reward performance, with benefits starting on day one. The CSR II collaborates with production, scheduling, and sales teams to meet customer expectations, respond to questions, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience in architectural glass/aluminum/manufacturing/construction.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls within defined KPIs.
• Verify orders from customers using internal workflow systems.
• Process new orders and changes, communicating to departments.
• Proofread orders before final confirmation.
• Coordinate with scheduling/production to meet customer expectations.
• Handle or escalate complaints for investigation.
• Follow up with respondents within 2 hours.
• Prepare price quotations from the price book.
• Collaborate with sales and other branches to resolve issues.
• Answer technical questions about products/services.
• Attend regular customer service/branch meetings.
• Support continuous improvement and training.
• Perform back-up duties as assigned by management.
• Train team members on processes and products.
• Handle complex projects and daily back orders.
• Ensure correct warranties are distributed.
• Adhere to AR processes and COD/CIA payments as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
