Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Allentown PA location. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with significant growth potential and on-site training.

In this role you will process orders, answer product questions, and build strong customer relationships via phone, email and chat, using our world-class technology to ensure fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide product recommendations and answer questions about product, pricing and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers and navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Uline's best solutions.
• Utilize world-class technology to assist customers and ensure accurate service.
