Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process orders, answer inquiries, and guide customers through our ordering platform at our Illinois locations. You will build relationships via phone, email, and chat while becoming a product and solutions expert to resolve questions quickly.

Qualifications

Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
