CCF Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Alexandria, LA to help community members access financial solutions. You will process transactions, build customer relationships, and provide an exceptional in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on training, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to advance across multiple brands. This entry-level position emphasizes development and community impact.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency using a POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some locations).
• Background check required by policy.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing and light lifting.
