You will liaise with technicians, sales, and management to ensure fast, accurate responses, maintain up-to-date records, and contribute to a positive customer experience across our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Coordinate between customers, technicians, sales, and management to address service needs.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
