C&C Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrics in New Jersey seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of our company, handling inquiries, scheduling service, and supporting technicians. You will deliver exceptional service to residential clients and help keep the call board full.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, plus experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the call board for technicians and advisors.
• Distribute dispatch information to technicians as needed and ensure accurate records.
• Assist in data entry, invoicing, and generating service reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
