Job summary

Bradham Comfort Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will convert calls into service appointments, empathize with customers, and promote maintenance plans while delivering friendly, professional support.

Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, organized, and comfortable using tablets and service software. We offer weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO/holidays, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Empathize with customers' urgent HVAC and electrical needs.
• Promote maintenance plans and schedule outbound calls for service needs.
• Respond to requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.
• Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Participate in trainings to improve booked calls and outbound calling.
• Adhere to the company plan for resolving complaints quickly and positively.

• Sales minded by renewed maintenance plans, make outbound calls to schedule service and maintenance calls
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

Requirements

• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily as an

• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.

• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or home services is a plus.
