Job summary

JJ Powell, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support clients with account setup, scheduling, product inquiries, and billing questions.

You’ll be the voice and face of the company, delivering reliable service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will handle inquiries about oil, propane, HVAC, Easypay, and related programs, maintain accuracy in internal systems, and assist with payments while promoting JJ Powell’s products and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to assist customers with account setup, scheduling, billing questions, and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer client questions about services and programs; inform about promotions and upsells when appropriate.
• Set up and manage new and existing customer accounts; process payments and required documentation.
• Provide timely information on order status, delivery scheduling, and product knowledge.
• Log service tickets and enter relevant data into internal systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, mail, and social media; address billing disputes when needed.
