Job summary

JJ Powell is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to clients, handling account setup, scheduling, billing questions, and product inquiries across oil, propane, HVAC, Easypay, and other programs.

You will be the voice of JJ Powell, answering questions, promoting promotions, managing customer accounts, processing payments, logging service tickets, and assisting with live chats and reporting. Two years of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Credit and CRM experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service: Answer client questions about our services and programs.
• Inform customers about promotions and offer upsells when appropriate.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Set up and manage new and existing customer accounts; process payments and required documentation.
• Log service tickets and enter relevant data into internal systems.
• Address and resolve billing disputes, credit questions, and complaints via phone, email, mail, and social media.
• Participate in live online chats with current and prospective clients.
