Job summary

21st Century Energy Group is seeking a customer service representative to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to fuel and propane orders, assist new and existing customers, and keep account records up to date.

Responsibilities include using our fuel management software to enter deliveries and payments, informing customers about current pricing and account status, and supporting billing processes. The role offers bi-weekly pay and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Incoming Phone Calls: Assist current customers with Fuel and Propane ordering as well as taking information on new customers
• Outgoing Phone Calls: Communicate with customers regarding updates to their current orders or account status as well as informing customers about current fueling specials, pricing, and account updates.
• Bookkeeping: Use our Fuel Management Software for entry of account deliveries and payments.
