Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls courteously and professionally.
• Resolve inquiries, billing questions, and schedule service.
• Outbound calls to confirm appointments and collect payments.
• May handle daily reporting and updates to customer accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and HR/payroll tasks as needed.
