Massey Services, Inc. is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Specialist based in Orlando, FL. You will handle inbound scheduling requests in a courteous and professional manner and help customers with scheduling and benefits information.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong problem solving, and solid computer skills (Word & Excel). Inbound calling or chat/web experience is a plus, and background checks will be performed on all candidates.
