Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls courteously and professionally; resolve inquiries, billing questions, and schedule service.
• Outbound calls to confirm appointments, ensure satisfaction, and collect overdue payments.
• Assist with daily reporting, update customer accounts, and perform payroll processing or HR tasks as needed.
