Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service.
• There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Additional responsibilities may include daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc.
