Tower Loan is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative in Bloomington, IL. You will cultivate strong customer relationships, receive and process payments, promote relevant financial solutions, and support branch operations.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours including Saturdays. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle are required. On-site role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
