Qualifications

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to Lowe’s shoppers.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting products and services.
• Operate basic retail technology and POS systems.
• Perform tasks with accuracy, including processing orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, lumber)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
