Join Lowe's as a Customer Service Associate in Knoxville, TN, helping customers find products and solve home improvement challenges with friendly, knowledgeable service, guiding shoppers from entrance to checkout.

You’ll work in a busy retail environment across departments, assist with locating items, processing orders and deliveries, stocking shelves, answering questions, and supporting other team members to ensure a smooth, positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting and other job tasks.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Maintain stock on shelves by replenishing as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-functionally train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
