Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide friendly service and answer questions
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe cuts)
• Assist customers through checkout and complete other duties as assigned
