Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Tennessee. You will welcome customers, help them find products for home improvement needs, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the day.

You may work in various departments, with responsibilities including locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting customers at checkout. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and customer-first support.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (data entry, basic tasks).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by filling empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
