Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly, professional service throughout the store in a dynamic home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer for basic tasks.
• Must be able to use common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Able to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform related duties.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
• Stock replenishment and shelf merchandising.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store needs.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint tinting, woodworking) for customers.
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
