Job summary

Lowe’s in Warren County is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, solution-focused assistance throughout the store.

You will assist customers with merchandise, process orders, stock shelves, and learn cross-functional duties across departments while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Part-time hours and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
