You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments. You may stock shelves, process orders, and assist with checkouts, with opportunities to rotate through multiple store areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Prolonged standing/sitting as required.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout, and complete other duties.
