Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Warren, OH. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping journey.

Daily tasks include assisting customers, stocking, processing orders, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service. Prior retail exposure is a plus and bilingual skills are welcomed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift 25 pounds unassisted or with assistance above 25 pounds with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed to maintain displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
