Lowe’s Stores seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, locate products, and provide helpful, friendly support while assisting with merchandise handling and checkout. You will work across departments, helping customers solve home improvement challenges and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Your role emphasizes listening to customers, answering questions, and maintaining attractive, stocked displays.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimum 25 lbs lifting capability.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
