Job summary

At Lowe's, a Customer Service Associate welcomes customers and helps them find products for home improvement, delivering friendly service throughout the shopping experience. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure needs are met across departments.

You'll work in Appliances, Hardware, or other departments and may assist with stocking, processing orders, and supporting checkout while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
