Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, listen to questions, and ensure all customer needs are met.

This role supports various departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
