Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store. You’ll handle questions, assist with locating items, stock shelves, and process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.

This role offers part-time hours with potential growth and access to Lowe's benefits and training programs. A friendly, team-oriented approach and ability to stand for long periods are valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for basic data entry.
• 6 months experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted (more with assistance).
• Retail or customer service experience (6 months).
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Trade certification relevant to department.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and merchandise.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
