Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, assisting across departments and learning multiple roles to provide excellent service.

Ideal candidates bring basic computer and retail tech skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift items as needed. Part-time positions and a supportive benefits program are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, etc)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
