Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and meet job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
