Qualifications

• Experience with computers for at least 6 months.
• Experience with retail technology such as smartphones or tablets for at least 6 months.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish shelves and stock as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
