Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and solutions for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and support daily store operations in a part-time capacity.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders, and cross-training across departments to ensure outstanding service. Physical tasks and adaptability are required.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/bundle supplies).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
