Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll assist across departments, stock shelves, process orders, and support store operations with friendly, dependable service.

Roles involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs, with opportunities to grow through training, education assistance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
