Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet and assist customers, help them locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The role spans multiple departments, with daily tasks including stocking, processing orders, and supporting customers through checkout.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer usage and data entry experience.
• 6 months experience with retail tech on phones/tablets.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely customer receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood) per needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
