Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them locate products, and provide expert assistance across departments. You’ll support sales, stock, and order processing while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted; over 25 lbs with assistance or accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are stocked
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
