Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing stock
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise as needed (e.g., paint tinting, pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
