Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement at Lowe's. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to engage with customers throughout the day.

You will assist customers, stock shelves, process orders, and cross-train across departments to ensure excellent service. Benefits include health options, tuition assistance, and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by filling empty spaces on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
