Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
