Lowe's in Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them find products, and process orders with accuracy. You’ll engage customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive store experience while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock integrity: replenish shelves and organize products.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to optimize service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
