Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Cincinnati to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure needs are met with friendly, efficient service.

You may be asked to stock shelves, process orders, and cross-train in other departments to help deliver excellent customer service. Flexible shifts and part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, retrieving, or modifying data).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies in assigned areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to assist in delivering the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
