Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You may work across departments and assist with loading merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets)
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
